Fed up of it being unavailable High Voltage has produced our own PEEK gear to replace the stock Nylon reduction gear in the BBSHD. This machined in America component uses high quality bearings and materials. The gear is an upgrade on the stock Nylon gear allowing the BBSHD to be pushed that bit further as the PEEK is tougher and more heat resistant than the Nylon. Please note that this does not make your BBSHD indestructible and sensible gear ratios are always recommended to get the best. This is primarily aimed at people using our upgrade kit with the BAC855.
