Before You Buy Our Kit!
Battery Requirements - Make sure you have a battery that can handle the load that our kits demand.
Frame - Is your frame strong enough and of sufficient quality to stand up to high power.
Tools and Equipment - Do you have access to or can get access to the right tools for the job?
Skills - Do you have the mechanical skills to install the kit onto your bike?
Installation
What comes in the box - This video covers the different parts of what you get with your High Voltage Ultra / G510 upgrade kit.
Motor Connections and Rewiring - This is the bulk of the work required to install the kit. Please follow the diagrams and video clips to ensure the original controller is removed and the connections to the BAC855 are made correctly!
Battery Connection - The battery connection is the VERY LAST CONNECTION that should be made when installing the High Voltage kit. The battery should always be unplugged when doing any kind of electrical work on the vehicle.
HiGo Wire Connectors - Higo wire connectors are waterproof but can be a bit tricky to use if you are not familiar. This video covers best practice when using them.
Crimping Connectors - If you requested that the phase wires be send uncrimped you will need to do this. This video shows you how.
Wire and Cable Routing - Best practices for making the wiring look neat and tidy on your bike as well as helping to prevent water ingress.
