ASI BAC2000 Mount for CYC X1 Pro (Gen2)

This is a mounting system for the ASI BAC2000 to use with tube framed bikes. It is designed to have a look that fits with the CYC X1 PRO Gen 2 Ebike motor.
The mount requires no modification to the harness wiring supplied by CYC unlike previous mounts I have produced.
The mount consists of end blocks which are shaped to fit the downtube (or seat / top tube) of your bike. These attach with zip ties (supplied) of combined strength 240lbs. The blocks also utilize Aluminum inserts for securing the BAC2000 to the end plates.
The BAC itself is held in place with side plates that bolt directly onto the heat sink. This positions the heat sink in an optimal position to the flow of air to cool the electronics.
The BAC2000 is covered up with more panels which can be sealed more thoroughly with silicone during construction if desired. We are aiming for bulk water protection here as the BAC2000 and looms are waterproof.
This mount has a flexible TPU cover for the harness looms. This will be shaped to fit as closely as possible the looms with the CYC motor.
