Before You Buy Our Kit!

Battery Requirements - Make sure you have a battery that can handle the load that our kits demand.

Frame - Is your frame strong enough and of sufficient quality to stand up to high power.

Tools and Equipment - Do you have access to or can get access to the right tools for the job?

Skills - Do you have the mechanical skills to install the kit onto your bike?

Installation

What comes in the box - This video covers the different parts of what you get with your High Voltage BBSHD upgrade kit.

Battery Connection - The battery connection is the VERY LAST CONNECTION that should be made when installing the High Voltage kit. The battery should always be unplugged when doing any kind of electrical work on the vehicle.

HiGo Connectors - Higo wire connectors are waterproof but can be a bit tricky to use if you are not familiar. HiGo connectors are what attach items like the display and throttle as well as the main harness. This video covers best practice when using them.

Crimping Connectors - If you requested that the phase wires be send uncrimped you will need to do this. This video shows you how.
