The BAC2000 Mounting Kit has the Following Items
End Blocks x 2
Side Plates x2
Top Plates x2
Flexible Wire Cover
Bolts (8 x M5 14mm, 8 x M5 8mm, 6 x M4 20mm)
Two 120lb test Zip Ties
Foam Tape
Remove the Bolts from the BAC2000
There are 6 M4 bolts holding the BAC2000 together. You need to replace these with the ones 20mm ones supplied. Remove theseM4 bolts from the BAC2000.
The BAC2000 will not come apart when you do this.
Put the bolts to one side as we will not be reusing them.
Bolt On The Side Panels
The Side Panels attach with 4 M5 x 14mm bolts and 3 M4 x 20mm bolts. Use the M4s to bolt the side panel to the BAC2000 heat sink. Take care to not cross thread the bolts when you put them in.
A good trick is to get all the bolts started before you secure them. Tighten the bolts firmly but not overtight. The friction on the plastic does a good job of holding them in place.
